Your home page: a quick overview of your account.

• Three counters show your number of orders, favorites and saved addresses. Click one to open the matching page.
• “Recent orders” shows your last 3 orders with their status; click one to see the details.
• If our terms or privacy policy have changed, a message appears here: click “I have read them” once you have read them.

The history of all the orders you placed on the site.

• Each line shows the order number, date, status and total.
• Click an order to see its items, subtotal, tax, delivery, any discount and the total.
• You get an email each time the status changes (being prepared, ready, delivered…).

Order statuses

• Received We have received your order.
• Payment confirmed Your online payment is confirmed.
• Preparing We are preparing your items.
• Ready for pickup You can pick it up in store (instructions are sent by email).
• Out for delivery Your order is on its way.
• Delivered Your order has been handed over to you.
• Cancelled The order was cancelled.
• Refunded You have been refunded. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days to appear.

Your saved delivery addresses, to check out faster.

• Add an address with a label (e.g. Home, Work), street, city, province and postal code.
• Tick “Set as default address” so it is suggested first at checkout.
• Edit or delete an address at any time.

Good to know : Delivery is only available in certain areas, based on the postal code. Otherwise, store pickup is still possible.

The products you set aside so you can find them easily.

• On a product page or in the catalog, click the heart to add or remove a product from your favorites.
• This page lists them all: click a product to view it or add it to your cart.

Good to know : You must be signed in to use favorites.

Your personal information and your account security.

• Personal information: first name, last name, email, preferred language for the emails we send you and, if you wish, phone and country of origin (optional).
• Password: change it by entering the current one then the new one (at least 8 characters). If you signed up with Google, you can set one to sign in another way.
• Sign in with Google: link or unlink your Google account to sign in with one click (same email address).

Good to know : Forgot your password? On the sign-in page, click “Forgot password” to receive a reset link by email.

You stay in control of your personal information.

• Newsletter: subscribe or unsubscribe in one click.
• My consents: see when you accepted our terms and manage your cookies.
• Download my data: get a copy of everything we hold about you (account, addresses, orders, favorites, reviews, messages) as a JSON file.
• Delete my account: permanent, to be confirmed with your password (or your email if you use Google). Your past orders are kept for our accounting obligations, with no link to your identity.
