1. Acceptance
By using this site, creating an account or placing an order, you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you disagree, please do not use the site. The site is operated by VoixPlus Technologies, 2370 Rue Trudeau, Québec (QC) .
2. Your account
- You must be of the age of majority in your province, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
- The information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity on your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You can sign in with a password or with your Google account, and delete your account at any time from your customer area.
3. Products and prices
Prices are in Canadian dollars and applicable taxes are added when you order. Photos and descriptions are indicative. Despite our care, a price or description error may occur: we may then correct or cancel the order, and fully refund you if you have already paid. Products are offered while stocks last.
4. Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we send you the confirmation. You can pay online by card (securely processed by Stripe) or on receipt when that option is offered. Promotional codes are limited to the conditions shown and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
5. Delivery and pickup
Depending on the options shown, you can have your order delivered within our delivery zones (fees may apply) or pick it up in store. Lead times are indicative. Please check your order on receipt.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Since we sell food, including perishable items, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of receipt, if an item is missing, damaged or not as ordered. Depending on the case we offer a replacement or a refund to the original payment method. An order can be cancelled as long as it is not being prepared. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
7. Customer reviews
You may post honest reviews of products you know. Reviews are moderated before publication; we reject abusive, unlawful, misleading or promotional content. By posting a review, you authorize us to display it on the site.
8. Acceptable use
You may not disrupt the site, try to access accounts or data that are not yours, use bots to harvest content or bypass security measures.
9. Intellectual property
The site's texts, images, logos and design belong to VoixPlus Technologies or its licensors. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
10. Liability
We do our best to keep the site available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or interruptions beyond our control; our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned. Allergies and dietary restrictions are your responsibility: check the labels and contact us if in doubt.
11. Your personal information
It is handled in accordance with our privacy policy and our cookie policy.
12. Changes
We may change these terms. The version in force is the one shown on this page, at the date indicated. For any important change, we will ask you to accept them again in your customer area.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The rights that the law of your place of residence gives you as a consumer remain unaffected.
